Yes! Orders over $75 ship FREE

• USPS First Class Mail: 5 business days - $5

• USPS Priority Mail: 3 business days - $10

• International: Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the selected country.

Can I exchange or return my product?

Due to the customization offering upfront- we do our very best to ensure that you approve the design before it is created and shipped. However, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your products, please connect with us, and we will see what the best route of action is based on the circumstance. Please reach out within 5 days of receiving your order.

How do I know what size is best for me?

Our original bracelets are made with elastic cord and stretch to fit most wrist sizes. View our sizing guide here.

Do you do bulk orders?

Bulk orders can be placed through our Community page.  We are happy to accommodate special requests like this with enough advanced notice to complete in time. Generally an 8 week notice is appreciated.

What is your turnaround time for custom orders?

Unless otherwise discussed while placing your order custom orders will be completed within two weeks (14 days) of the order date.

Do you do private events?

Yes! We love private events and are happy to discuss details with you through our “Events” page.

Can I see a sketch or prototype before the final bracelet is made?

Yes - for custom orders a photo will be sent prior to final assembly for approval.

Can I make changes to my design after placing an order?

In most cases, if the design-change request is submitted, in writing, 24 hours or less after the order is placed, we are happy to modify your original design.
